2022 Reading Goals and Projects

Hey fellow Bookworms! This post might be coming out a little later than I was hoping for, but that’s life.. right? Blogging and reading are two things that help me stay sane with my hectic everyday life… It gives me a reprieve when I need it and that’s why I don’t want to quit… even if I do sometimes feel like I’m all over the place.. I have also found very good friends here and it would suck to lose all that community..

At the beginning of every year I’m always filled with plans and projects…How to make the blog grow, adding things here and there, dipping my toes on new ventures… I’m sure many will just blow up in smoke because I have a lot of things to consider but I’m still excited with planning (you know me) and we’ll see how many actually come to fruition…

Starting a Book Club

My friend Misty (Misty’s Book Space) and I had been talking about starting a Goodreads Book Club for a while and we decided to kick off the year with it… We even have a read of the month lined up “Indigo Ridge by Devney Perry”.. I would be so happy if any of you want to join us… Check us out here Lost in Romance Book Club. It’s a small book club for now.. and we will have discussions, recommendations and just a place to chat about romance books.

Be more active on Social Media

This is an ongoing project.. more like neverending… I have this goal every freaking year and sometime it works, sometimes it doesn’t… Hopefully this year will be helpful in that regard…(timewise) Particularly with Instagram, I have seriously neglected my little bookstagram….and with Blog hopping… I read many fellow bloggers but I suck at commenting.. I’ll work on that.

Reading Goals

I just want to keep up a bit better with my reviews and not feel like I’m always on a race… but when it comes to what I want to read I’m just keeping the same trend I had last year … Just go with the flow..

Possible Podcast

I’m toying with the idea of having a bookish podcast… It’s still on the early developing stages… but I’m excited to get it done… I think it will work great for me because I’m so camera shy but I do love to ramble about books and manga… maybe even anime.. I’m excited about this project the most and hopefully it will become a reality.

Bonus content on the Blog

I’m hoping to continue doing Tropeathon, of course and the last round gave the idea of adding a few things for you guys … such as downloadables and maybe some short stories that I could share… I’m still working out the kinks to put this in motion.. so we’ll see.. how it plays out.

These are some of the projects I would like to get done this year when it comes to the blog … I would be happy to hear your feed back on these so, feel free to let it all out in the comments below.. which caught your attention.. or any other suggestions you might have..

If you want to help me keep on creating content and making you at least smile a bit with my quirky posts and ranty opinions just  visit my Ko-fi page or and support my work..
