Hey fellow bookworms, if you have been following me for a while you know that my friend Misty and I host a readathon a few times a year called Tropeathon — and if you are new here, well, it’s a readathon about favorite tropes with a few twists. Everyone is welcome whether you are a romance reader or not (we do try to make our tropes broader so who ever wants to join.. can do so)
This new round is a Fantasy inspired one – what better genre to tackle this time of year? We are going for the classic Bingo Board with 15 different tropes. We’ll have three weeks to complete the board or achieve a bingo, your choice. You can use one book for multiple tropes or one for each.. as simple or as difficult as you want to make it.
We also have a new Instagram challenge where we can share our favorite books with Fae, Kings, Dragons in whatever media you prefer.. Photos, slides, video you choose how to post on the dates given – fairly easy if you want to join.
I have created a few templates to keep track of our reading on social media.. So feel free to use them if you want, or create your own.. and share them with us..
The one request we have is not to forget to use #tropeathon or to tag Misty and myself whenever you are sharing content so we can see your progress:
