But let’s not dwell in the bad and get on to the good things (books) I have for you today a couple of reviews that were requested from me, and I jumped at the chance to check out something new.. and help out spreading the word.. let’s get to it.
Book: Victorian Songlight: The Birthing of Magic and Mystery

This Book was an unexpected read to say The least, It was short and a very fast read. The writing itself was beautiful and yet I felt it needed a bit more of a fictional flair.
It’s a journey, one we go through as if we are living Through a lucid dream. Almost like one of those Vision Quest Dreams in Native American culture, We even have our own Pegasus riding spiritual guide. We live Kate’s (our main heroine) hard times, her coping mechanisms, her love, her loss, through a blend of reality and dreamscapes with a mixture of buddhism, Native American feel, and even some greek mythology.. Quite an interesting and appealing take on myths and legends.
I enjoyed it and How it shows that dreams tell us who we really are, however I wished that it had a bit more emotion behind some of The dramatic moments.

Book: Dreams of Thunder

This book was a fast read for me. I was a little bit confused at first but I think it was because I jumped into The second book without reading The first. However, I got into The rythm of The story fairly quickly and what a ride it is. Lots of action, magic, suspense.. And also very emotional at times with different characters going through self discovery and aceptance of Who they really are.
I really enjoyed The message I gathered from this book, We need to learn from our actions and their consequences … I know it’s a bit vague but I don’t want to spoil anyone.. Just give this book a try If you are a fan of magic and fantasy, I’m certainly picking up The first book.
The Book comes out October 3, 2020 so, don’t miss out.
